Our work together will be informed by your needs and preferences. Below, you will find the typical process outlined. In short, I provide 3+ prenatal meetings, full labor support, and 1 postpartum visit with 24/7 phone availability while you adjust.

This pricing reflects the comprehensive, personalized support you'll receive throughout your unique birth journey. It's carefully determined by local doula rates, my experience and specialized training, and the countless hours of dedicated care I invest in you – long before you even go into labor.

I firmly believe that all women should have access to the nurturing and empowering support a doula provides, regardless of their financial circumstances. Please fill out the contact form and we will come up with a plan so that we can still work together.

Prenatal Workshop- Intro
Let's meet! During this time, I will ask you questions about yourself, what you're hoping for, etc. I will also leave space for you to ask me about myself. If you're ready to work with me, I will email you an official "intake form," and we will schedule our first meeting.
I will begin to equip you with information about pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, and postpartum stages. After this, we will be ready to discuss birth preferences, learn more specifics, and develop your uniquely curated "journey to birth."
journey to birth is unique to Kinship in Creation. It is a document that acts like a plan: informed by our shared knowledge and addressing all four pillars of the mother (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual.) so she may thoroughly prepare for birth.

Let's learn more! During this session, we typically discuss the specifics of birth preferences and techniques (mental, physical, spiritual) to practice leading up to labor. We will also review your journey to birth.
Let's meet in person! I can come to your home where you are comfortable. During this time, we can get to know one another better and practice together some of the previously discussed techniques specific to your needs.
I will come when you want me to come, and remain with you until we meet your sweet baby and they successfully latch (if that is your feeding preference.) It usually ends up being a couple hours after the baby's arrival.
By now we will have discussed how you want support during this time. I will be available often (by phone) for breastfeeding support, will do regular check-ins, and like to pop by once in-person... I will bring food.
