My Story
Since receiving my training from DONA in 2015, I have been working with women through their pregnancy journeys. I have also received training as an EMT and an STNA, giving me well-rounded experiences and appreciation of all facets of medical care. With all of my clients, I will brush up on knowledge based on their specific needs. Are you hoping for a VBA2C? Lovely, I will scour the internet to ensure I am up to date on all of the latest statistics and support measures to best help you.
When I am not tending to my doula work, you will find me at my home with my husband and three sons homeschooling, kissing boo-boos, tending to our various homestead animals, and running behind on laundry.
Our Catholic faith is very important to our family. We try to pray a family rosary every night together, I start each day praying with the scriptures, and we are active members of our parish community. For all of my clients, I will pray. For my clients that request, I will pray with them and share with them spiritual reflections for pregnancy and labor. I am communicating this for the women that are searching for a doula that shares in their faith so that they can find me, but I support many women that are not Catholic and do not exclude anyone from my love and care.
